Who are we? Zhongshan Guantong Plastic Mould Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 with an area of 12,000 square meters. With years' experience and development in plastic molds, Guantong is now a leading manufacturer in mold production / injection in China. Why us? Nowadays we are proud to have over 350 experienced staffs, including 10 experienced mold design engineers, 2 senior technical design engineers, 3 3D molding programmers and 16 technicians, who work side by side on your project to provide thefirst-degree service from the start to the end. To ensure the high quality products for our customers, excellent manufacturing equipment such as largeCNC machines, EDM machines, milling machines, grinding machines etc. with great precision are introduced from Taiwan.Besides, over 30 sets plastic injection molding machines are purchased from the top marks in China, as Haitian, Liusu and Zhende.Furthermore, fully-automatic mechanical arms and the related equipment are also utilized in our production-line. In addition to our main factory, we haveanother2 well-equipped branch factories including Zhongshan Tongli Mould Factory as well as Shanghai Tongtu Mould Co., Ltd., which are specialized in die casting molding & injection molding. Duringthe production process, we have integrated the molding design into the manufacture procedure and developed our production mode based on CAD/CAM technique and traditional process. Under these conditions the capacity of producing more than 500 plastic molds annually is applied. Meanwhile, a great value has been placed on the quality management during our manufacture. We maintain a high standard in accordance with ISO 9001 (since 2008) and ISO/TS 16949 (since 2009).
